Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed in 2-3 days. Please check your email including spam or bulk mail. We might need to contact you.

Free shipping: Jackson's offers free shipping for orders of $100.00 or more. *

*excluding sale, special orders, saddles, over sized items, and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or APO addresses. Shipping will be added when the order is processed.

Shipping is via USPS & UPS ground Monday - Friday. If you wish Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day please contact us here for the rate.

Oversized Packages: Certain items require oversized cartons and will require additional shipping costs. If your order requires oversized cartons we will contact you to confirm the cost of shipping.

Shipping to a PO Box: Jackson's ship to a PO Box via USPS.

Military Addresses: Jackson's will be happy to ship orders to Military APO addresses. All APO shipments will be made via the US Postal System.

Canadian orders: Jackson's will be very happy to ship to Canadian addresses. Remember you will be responsible for any duty fees incurred. We are not capable of calculating these fees for you. Please contact your local agency for information and estimate of fees, taxes, etc. Our free shipping does not apply to Canadian orders.

International Orders; We apologize for any inconvenience but Jackson's is not capable of shipping internationally.

Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to Michigan addresses.

Privacy & Security

Jackson's Western Store does not share, sell, or trade customer information including e-mail addresses. Our customer's personal informaton including credit card information is stored on a secure server.  JWS utilizes Paypal to further protect our customers. We do collect information necessary to process an order and utilize cookies to give our customers a more personal experience.   

We may use customer informaton for marketing or promotional purposes. E-mails from us regarding specials or new products are optional. To be removed from that list please contact us here.

Returns & Replacements

Regular purchases may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase when the following conditions are met. *

*call for approval before shipping back (269 792-2550)

Boots: Boots that have not been worn. Boots are not returnable if the soles are scuffed in any way unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Please try your new boots on carpet.

Apparel: Apparel returns must have tags attached and may not be worn or washed unless defective.

Media: Videos/DVDs, & Computer programs are not returnable if opened. If there is a manufactuer's defect please contact the manufacturer directly.

Tack: All tack must have tags attached and cannot be used, worn, or dirty in any way.

Saddle sales  are final. Saddles with a manufacturers defect; we will help in dealing with a manutfacturer for repair and/or replacement per manufacturer's warranty and approved by the manufacturer. Customer will be responsible for all shipping not covered by the manufacturer.  

Returns over 30 days but under 45 days will be given store credit.

The following are NOT returnable.

Sale or discount purchases.

Purchases over 45 days.

Boots with scuffed soles or uppers.

Apparel that has been worn or washed/dry cleaned.

Tack that has been used or worn.

Procedures for returns

To return an e-store purchase please contact us here or call 269 792-2550.

All e-store returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must include the invoice. If the invoice is not present a store credit will be issued.

Your purchase will be credited back to the same credit card on which the purchase was made.

Please allow 10-14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

Adjustments to credit cards will be seen withing two credit card statements. Please be patient this could take up to two months.

We will not accept returns shipped C.O.D.

Defective items or items shipped in error will be returned free of charge. Please contact us here to obtain a UPS return call tag.

Returned items due to other circumstances may require the customer to cover the cost of the return shipment. Please contact us here for details.

Payment
Jackson's Western Store acccepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal paymnets. Orders paid by check will be held 7-10 days for the check to clear.
